Kevin is a talented technologist who is constantly innovating at the forefront of telecommunications and IP technology. He has designed and implemented a highly scalable, large capacity, flexible and fully redundant global communications network that perpetually maintains a 99.999% uptime. With more than a decade of experience in technology development and advanced network architectures, Kevin’s expertise and accomplishments has made him a pioneer in cloud communications technology.
Bob is an expert in computer information technology, software development, operations automation, communications systems, database management and managerial accounting. He has delivered innovative and highly complex information technology solutions to over 100 Fortune 100/500 corporations. Bob has designed and developed several “cradle-to-grave” automation environments for large and medium-sized businesses, including hospitals, travel agencies and financial institutions. Bob was instrumental in developing (SOSUS) the communications system for the US Navy. Bob’s entrepreneurial activities have included building several high-tech businesses and software development companies.
Cliff is an experienced telecommunications executive and entrepreneur whose expertise is rooted in building new businesses and rapidly growing existing ones. He was the founder of GlobalTouch Telecom, XCast Labs and Telegroup, and is well known for his work at World Access, a key player in the international voice market. Cliff is an industry veteran, holding leadership roles with several global VoIP providers, including Convergia and Leading Edge Communications. He has overseen sales, marketing and operations globally, and has managed revenues of over $1.5 billion. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from Michigan State and was awarded the Iowa and Nebraska Telecommunications Entrepreneur of the Year.
Bob is a seasoned finance executive and entrepreneur with deep experience in building, financing, operating, and achieving exits for start-up ventures. Over the past 20 years, he has held senior management and advisory roles at a variety of public and private healthcare, technology and life science companies, gaining significant proficiency in capital formation, corporate finance, operations, M&A, and business development. During his career, he has directed or facilitated financing and M&A transactions totaling over $1 billion. Prior to joining Voxox, Bob served in senior leadership roles at several high growth companies including StemImmune, Inc., WorkWell Prevention and Care, Ambit Biosciences (commercial unit acquired by DiscoverX), NovaCardia (clinical stage drug assets acquired by Merck), Ancile Pharmaceuticals, Molecular Biosystems, and Sequana Therapeutics (acquired by Arris Pharmaceutical). Mr. Giargiari holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and economics from Harvard and a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson School at UCLA.
Over the past 35 years, Pertti has generated billions in sales for prestigious corporations worldwide. Holding several executive leadership positions within the wireless industry, Pertti oversaw the development of many new and innovative mobile communication services, solutions and partnerships. As president of Qualcomm Europe, Middle East and Africa, he opened these markets to the company’s advanced wireless technologies. Pertti was the Senior Corporate Vice President and Officer at Motorola who built its international cellular network business from 50 million to five billion dollars. Pertti has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and telecommunication from the Helsinki Institute of Technology and has served as a board of director for more than a dozen companies worldwide.
At the age of eight, Curtis received his first computer and immediately knew he had found his passion. He now oversees the software development for each of the company’s award-winning products and services. Prior to creating Voxox, Curtis designed and built high availability software systems for Fortune 500 companies. His background includes mobile application development, API architecture, large-scale public web sites, and automated systems. Curtis also brings business experience and UI design expertise. Curtis earned his Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
Ed brings more than a decade of operations and technology expertise to Voxox. Ed is well versed in software development, system engineering and telecommunications. He has worked with the implementation and management of enterprise resource planning systems, medical billing systems and support system management. Ed’s telecom experience and focus on lifecycle management is driving the achievement of milestones across the corporation. Ed holds a Bachelor in Communications, with a minor in Physics, from Denison University.
Kristin is an IT Ops genius with the ability to manage teams with precision and attention to the smallest of details. Her team boasts some of the highest uptime in the industry and it due in part to Kristin’s knack for identifying issues and solving them before they become problems.
